Here are some common questions about Vaewolf.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. You can place an order for just one item.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider.
Order Process: Standard processing time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been processed and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. Don’t fret, though! We usually keep everything stocked and which minimizes wait time for you!
Shipping: You have several shipping options to choose from – they can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.
Where do you ship from?
All our clothing is shipped from United Kingdom.
What are your shipping delivery times?
Estimated shipping delivery times:
- USA: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Currently we do not ship to N.Korea, Iran and Cuba.
Does Vaewolf ship to all countries?
For now Vaewolf doesn’t ship orders to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!
What if the product is lost in the mail?
If your package is lost in transit, no worries! Just let us know. We will resend it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, Vaewolf would unfortunately not take responsibility.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to email@example.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
I have entered the wrong address, what should i do?
Please contact us with your correct address by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Are the packaging materials recyclable?
The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, biodegradable, 100% virgin polyethylene film, FDA and USDA compliant.
How do i make the payment?
We use Paypal as our Payment Gateway and accept all major debit and credit cards. You can also pay with your PayPal account. It has been all simplified for you! Vaewolf does not store your card details and is secure to shop with you!
Do i have to pay customs duties?
Shipments outside of the UK may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
I recieved the damaged item, what should I do?
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time! We ask for photo verification
If I wish to returns the product, where should it be sent?
Contact us by email to get the return address details. Please do not return without emailing us before at email@example.com.
I have changed my mind, can i get a refund?
Unfortunately, we can not offer exchanges or refund if you have changed your mind or just do not like the product that you have ordered. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse!
